Orders are processed and shipped from our global hubs within 3-5 working days of you placing your order with us. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed if you have ordered during busy holiday periods or during sale events.
It may occasionally take a few extra days for us to process your order depending on the size of your order, stock availability and if the product is handmade.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size of your order and customs processing. If your item includes a product that is handmade to order, please allow extra time for this to be processed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.
Delivery times during busy holiday seasons can take up to 40 working days due to high postal traffic. Please be sure to order a few weeks in advance if you want it to arrive in time for Halloween/Christmas.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
We are located across the globe in the UK, Europe and Asia. Your order may arrive from either of our shipping hubs depending on your location and where the product is stocked.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Your tracking number will arrive in a separate email a few days after your order has been shipped. You can track your item on your local post-office website. (Royal Mail, USPS, La Poste, Poste Italiane, Canada Post, Australia Post etc.)

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL THEY ARRIVE SEPARATELY?
If you have purchased more than one item, you may receive these separately. This is because we use multiple fulfilment companies located in different regions across the globe in order to cut down on shipping and processing times. Please do not be alarmed if they do not arrive together, it is normal for them to arrive separately.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS STUCK IS TRANSIT?
Occasionally, there may be a delay with your order arriving. This may be due to busy holiday periods or the order being processed through customs within your country which can take a short while. Rest assured your package is still on the way and will be with you soon. Please contact us if you need any help!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order with us. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an incorrectly entered shipping address. If you have made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed and we will try our best to re-route the order.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.
You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO COLLECT MY ORDER FROM MY LOCAL POST OFFICE?
If you have been notified by your local post office to collect your order and you fail to do so, it will be returned to sender. The customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
